On many platforms, it is difficult to get a whole web-page screen-capture without pasting a collection of screenshots together, and imagine trying to achieve this on an iPad? Well, now you can, thanks to Barry. No, not that Barry, but Barry iPad App.
Recently added to our iPad EduApps page, Barry (the app) lets you take full length screenshots in the built-in mobile browser and export them as a JPG/PNG to your camera roll, Dropbox, or other apps on your device. Designed with love by the friendly folks at North of Three in Australia, this is a useful app to have if you are exploring how websites are designed with students. We were very impressed with the resolution, ease and potential usefulness of the app, which could also be used to capture websites for off-line reading – should you be struck with such a crises in your life!
Priced at £1.49*, Barry iPad App is available in the App Store. Click here to view.
