Adorning many book bag, library shelves, and homes around the country, teachers and parents will be familiar with the adventures of Biff, Chip and Kipper as young readers grapple to improve their reading skills.

Millions of children have learned to read and love these fabulous, entertaining and educational books. Hundreds of thousands of parents trust and are guided by them, indeed the much love characters help spark many conversations with young children with the delightful stories, fun settings, and fantastic illustrations.

The apps are true to the books’ focus on developing reading skills, but incorporate interactive elements for a stimulating and enjoyable experience.

We explored the app on the iPad, and found them to be a fantastic accompaniment to the books, supporting reading and phonics development. There are tips for parents, with the app allowing the stories to be read to children, or to ‘Read by myself’. Individual collections are available, listed below.
