Creating music can be a very rewarding, yet frustrating process, but the creators of Disco Fingers have made this process very easy. Understanding pitch, notation and tone can be very over-whelming, yet this app makes can help young learners easily create a masterpiece making this a really useful educational app.

The characters within the app are easily awoken by dragging them up onto the live canvas, with the continuing ‘pointer’ releasing the instrument sound from the characters as it passes over.

The higher you place the Disco Fingers on the screen, the higher pitch of the note. The lower you place them, the lower the pitch. Your composition will always be in tune, so you don’t have to worry about disharmony.

You can also record your own voice and add lots of cool filters to it. Sound like a robot, a superstar, or even a chipmunk! It doesn’t matter if you don’t know how to sing. We’ll tune your voice so it fits the beat.

In-app purchases are available (currently priced at £0.69 or £2.99) which release further features to boost the beat, or add further instruments and voice filters which would be very useful for the classroom however, the free-version may be adequate.
