–School of the Week – Bowling Park Primary School
Bowling Park is a three-form, split site school based in Bradford. With children from many different backgrounds, cultures and languages, it makes it all the more important to make learning irresistible. The truth is that it is an exceptionally great place to learn. But don’t just take my word for it; here are the best bits of Bowling Park Primary School…
We have a G.E.M theme which runs throughout school which stands for ‘Going the Extra Mile’.

Computing, Digital Leaders and Blogging
We are keen to use technology throughout school and have our 2015 Digital Leaders, who will be responsible for ensuring that it is used effectively and that people know how to use it, including staff. https://computing.bowlingparkprimary.net/
New to English
As we serve a large community where English is not the primary language, we have our own team of teachers to help us. We even have our own minibus to help transport us between sites and on trips. https://newtoenglish.bowlingparkprimary.net/
Attendance has risen greatly over the past 7 years and it is rewarded by things including trips. In order to make learning as exciting as possible, we go on lots of trips, have lots of visitors and ‘get stuck in’.
