@BloomsburyEd launches new Online Resource for Early Years Practitioners

Bloomsbury Education is delighted to launch Bloomsbury Early Years, a subscription website for Early Years Practitioners. With over 2000 activities, written by trusted authors and linked to the EYFS and Development Matters, Bloomsbury Early Years aims to ease the burden of planning, save time and help practitioners to inspire the children in their care.

The activities on Bloomsbury Early Years are easily searchable by topic, curriculum objective, age or time of year, which means that those working with children from 0-5 in settings and at home can filter the website by early learning goals or ensure that they are clearly linking to curriculum and Ofsted requirements.

Written by trusted and experienced authors, the activities on Bloomsbury Early Years suggest easy-to-use materials to support practitioners whatever their level of experience. All activities also linked to the EYFS Areas of Learning, Characteristics of Effective Learning and Development Matters Statements. Practitioners can also save, print and share their favourite activities.  Many of the ideas come from the ever popular ‘Little Books’ and, with new ideas every term, Bloomsbury Early Years aims to help practitioners keep their practice fresh and relevant, all year round. There’s also a function to save, print and share favourite activities.

Rachel Lindley, Head of Education, Bloomsbury said, “Bloomsbury Education and Featherstone have a fantastic history of publishing materials that understand the needs of Early Years practitioners and inspire the children in their care. I’m pleased that we are able to offer such a wealth of great activities in one place, each one clearly linked to the EYFS and what the child is learning.”

A single annual subscription fee gives all staff in the setting access to everything. A one-off price for everybody keeps pricing simple and straightforward. An annual subscription costs between £48 + VAT and £335 + VAT depending on the number of children in care. See full details here. There are no add-ons and no limits to the number of the staff in a setting who can use it. This price gives access for everyone to everything for the year.
