Agree that dance or other movement such as jump rope to MUSIC is extremely beneficial for children as an outlet to their energies in unison helps them find their ID, bolstering self confidence, even saving them from loneliness.

Brilliant! I’m currently going for my master’s in Arts in Medicine through the University of Florida (online) and love that there is more and more research being done regarding the arts.
