Using metacognition during exams – a guide for teachers and students

Even if metacognition has not been explored in-depth, utilising the resources and ideas here can have a positive impact on confidence and achievement. Using metacognition as a last-minute panic revision strategy won’t work, but if your exam is a couple of weeks away, then explore how metacognition can still be used to help success.
