
We are all faced with a new class of students each year, but setting off on the right foot is crucial to ensure the classroom environment is a positive setting for all. UKEdChat is often included in requests for help and advice, with the wealth of expertise, positive advice, or support from the twitter community being a tremendous resource for educators globally.
So much so that the following request came through on a Friday evening from Teach-First, London based English teacher @1SaraW. “Any tips for a first speech to a new class create a positive, will-learn feeling in students?” We compiled the responses below:
