About Richard Holme
Richard Holme is a lecturer in education and teaches on undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. He is the Academic Lead for Master of Education (MEd) programmes and his areas of interest include primary education, STEM subjects and curriculum innovation. Richard's main area of research interest is teacher professional learning and development specifically focussing on grassroots professional development. He completed his doctoral research thesis on the topic of grassroots or teacher-initiated professional development and learning.
